SHIPPING & RETURNS
Each item is specially made in-house after an order has been placed and paid for in full by the client. On average, it will take us between 1-2 weeks to make your item[s] prior to shipment. Production time may vary depending on order demand at the time. If you need your item[s] urgently, please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing your order. We will try our best to cater to your needs.
We are pleased to offer our clients the option to customize the fit of our items. If you require a size that is not readily available on our website, please select "CUSTOM SIZE" from the SIZE drop down menu before adding the item to your cart. Please note that there is an additional charge of $150 for custom size orders.
Additionally, if you would like to make slight changes to an item already on the website [i.e. closing a cut out, shorter/longer version, different colour] please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order. We will do what we can to meet your needs.
israella KOBLA ships worldwide with a tracked delivery service. Delivery times outlined below are based on estimates from our delivery partner. israella KOBLA is not responsible for any delays with the packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the mail.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the client. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country's customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.

As all of our items are made to order, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or if the item[s] do not fit.
Please review our sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to our standard sizes. If you need assistance selecting your appropriate size please contact us at email@example.com with any questions.
For items ordered in our standard sizes, we are able to accept returns in exchange for store credit, within 10 days of receiving your item[s]. If 10 days have gone by since you received your item[s], unfortunately we can not offer you store credit.
All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn, with all original tags in place and original branded packaging. Returns must be mailed back with a tracked service, which is to be paid for by the client. We are unable to accept returns that require duty or tax payment upon receipt. Please consult your shipping provider about how to avoid this when returning items.
Any items that have been customized are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns, however, we are happy to offer an adjustment service if your garment does not fit.
