The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Project Coordination Intern to support the planning and execution of upcoming fashion shows, pop-ups, events and brand activations.
Working closely with our Founder & Creative Director, you’ll help coordinate projects from planning through execution and post-event follow-up. This is a hands-on remote role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of assigned projects.
What You'll Be Doing

Support project timelines, schedules, deadlines and deliverables.

Research vendors, suppliers, venues, equipment and other project requirements. Request quotes, compare options and coordinate follow-ups.

Assist with fashion show, pop-up and event preparation, including logistics, invitations, guest lists, production requirements, displays and supporting materials.

Research media publications, journalists, editors, stylists, influencers, buyers and other relevant industry contacts.

Build and maintain organized contact databases, including contact information, previous coverage, relevant notes and outreach status.

Assist with press, guest, buyer and industry outreach and follow-up.

Support shipping, transportation, inventory and product tracking as required.

Proactively track outstanding tasks, approaching deadlines and project documentation.

Support post-event follow-up and reporting, including tracking communications and opportunities, gathering press coverage and identifying next steps.
What We're Looking For

Current student or recent graduate in fashion, business, marketing, communications, event management, project management or a related field.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong research and written communication skills.

Resourceful, proactive and comfortable finding information independently.

Comfortable communicating professionally with vendors and industry contacts.

Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets.

Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks in a remote environment.

An interest in fashion, events, brand activations and the creative industries.
Role Details
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Location: Open
- Schedule: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with increased availability potentially required as major project dates approach
- Start Date: Immediately
- End Date: November 27, 2026

Compensation: Honorarium provided upon successful completion of the internship. Course credit can be accommodated if required by your academic program.
