Project Coordination Intern

About ISRAELLA KOBLA

ISRAELLA KOBLA is a Toronto-based womenswear brand redefining modern minimalism through thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and uncompromising attention to detail. Since launching in 2019, we've grown into a designer brand with an expanding international presence, with collections carried by Nordstrom and select retail partners.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Project Coordination Intern to support the planning and execution of upcoming fashion shows, pop-ups, events and brand activations.

Working closely with our Founder & Creative Director, you’ll help coordinate projects from planning through execution and post-event follow-up. This is a hands-on remote role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of assigned projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support project timelines, schedules, deadlines and deliverables.

  • Research vendors, suppliers, venues, equipment and other project requirements. Request quotes, compare options and coordinate follow-ups.

  • Assist with fashion show, pop-up and event preparation, including logistics, invitations, guest lists, production requirements, displays and supporting materials.

  • Research media publications, journalists, editors, stylists, influencers, buyers and other relevant industry contacts.

  • Build and maintain organized contact databases, including contact information, previous coverage, relevant notes and outreach status.

  • Assist with press, guest, buyer and industry outreach and follow-up.

  • Support shipping, transportation, inventory and product tracking as required.

  • Proactively track outstanding tasks, approaching deadlines and project documentation.

  • Support post-event follow-up and reporting, including tracking communications and opportunities, gathering press coverage and identifying next steps.

What We're Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate in fashion, business, marketing, communications, event management, project management or a related field.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong research and written communication skills.

  • Resourceful, proactive and comfortable finding information independently.

  • Comfortable communicating professionally with vendors and industry contacts.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets.

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks in a remote environment.

  • An interest in fashion, events, brand activations and the creative industries.

Role Details

  • Work Arrangement: Remote
  • Location: Open
  • Schedule: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with increased availability potentially required as major project dates approach
  • Start Date: Immediately
  • End Date: November 27, 2026
  • Compensation: Honorarium provided upon successful completion of the internship. Course credit can be accommodated if required by your academic program.
