FREED FROM CAPTIVITY

Our FREED FROM CAPTIVITY Collection is based on creative director, Emefa Kuadey’s background in civil engineering. Although she has been freed from the “captivity” of the corporate world, she pays homage to the design principles and aesthetics honed from years spent in the industry such as, defined lines and structure.

The arm ties used throughout the collection represent her new freedom yet remaining connection to her previous professional life.

With three variations of a custom linear print, the colour palette features black, grey, powder blue and white. Starting with black, representing the darkness of captivity, the colours gradate to the final looks in pure white, representing freedom.
